Dr. John C. Maxwell says: “Everything rises and falls on leadership”. We concur. Over the years, we’ve learned that personal development is the starting point for accomplishing anything worthwhile in this life! Jesus is described in the Bible as having ‘grown in wisdom and stature’. Your children were not designed to lay in a bed and stay the same size they were when their mother gave birth! I know, it’s a cheezy example but it’s an accurate picture of what you and I potentially look like when we’ve ignored the basic element of developing ourselves. Physically. Spiritually. Mentally. The recipe for success says you have all the ingredients!
One of the ways we apply… this principal is by going with the Gospel of course. Currently, there are approximately 3% of everyone who professes to be a Christian involved in sharing their faith with others. Amazing how we can shy away from such a huge responsibility left to us by Jesus Christ. God has given us everything we need to get the job done. We believe that through training and preparation, more people will step out of their comfort zone and begin to tell others about the saving Grace of Jesus. With that in mind, we are prepared to join hands with anyone who desires to accomplish the Great Commission and help them become successful as they go! If you are a Pastor, Church Leader, or an Individual, we want to come along-side you. Together, let’s conquer the ground God has given us, and as we do, His Glory will be revealed in the earth.
